VoIP Number: Phone numbers from internet-based services like Google Voice or OpenPhone may not be accepted.
Softphone or App-Based Numbers: Numbers linked to apps or software (not tied to a traditional mobile carrier) may be blocked.
International Numbers: At this time, we only accept phone numbers based in the United States or Canada.
VPN Usage: If you’re connected to a VPN during sign-up, it may interfere with location or carrier detection.
What Can You Do?
To successfully sign up, we recommend using a standard U.S. or Canadian mobile number from a major carrier, with VPN disabled during the process.
