How to Add Team Members & Join a Team

Adding Team Members

1. As the account admin, click on the account dropdown in the top right. Next click Teams.

2. Enter the email of the teammate you would like to add to your team, select their role, and click Send invite (for more info on roles & permissions, check out this article)

If the email you are trying to add to your team already has a Textla account - they will not be able to join your team. Please reach out to us at support@textla.com if you encounter this issue, and we will resolve it for you.

3. Once you have sent the invite - they will receive an invitation to create an account and join your team on Textla

4. You are able to cancel the invitation to the team by clicking the X. You can also re-send the invitation incase it got lost by clicking the refresh icon.

5. Once the team members accept the invite, you can remove them from the team at any time by clicking the trash can icon.

How to Join a Team

1. The invite will appear in your email inbox. If you are using Gmail, this can sometimes show up under the Promotions tab - so keep an eye out for that. It will be called "(Name) invited you to join Textla"

2. Inside the email, you will need to click the Join team button

3. This will take you to the Textla sign up page - just type in your email and click Continue

4. You will receive an email called "Textla verification code"

5. Enter the 2FA code into your Textla page, and you have successfully been added to the team!
