When you pause a keyword, anyone who texts the keyword in to the number selected will not receive an auto-reply, nor will they be opted-in to your subscription list.

Everyone who has previously opted in will still keep the keyword tag.

1. Click on the Opt-in tab on them left-hand sidebar

2. Click on the name of the Keyword you would like to pause

3. In the top right, click on the Pause Keyword button

4. At any time, you can resume the Keyword by clicking on the Resume Keyword button in the top right
