There are two ways that you can send messages to your opt-in lists. These can be sent from the Opt-in page or the Messages page.
From the Opt-in Page:
1. Next to the Keyword that you would like to send your message to - click the paper airplane icon.
2. This will take you to the New Message page - and the audience will be auto selected to those only in the keyword you selected.
3. Now add the campaign name & message, set the frequency and send date - and you are ready to send your message!
From the Messages Page:
1. Add your campaign name & message
2. When selecting your audience, click on the button to the left of Keywords. Now click on the All Keywords button, and select what list you would like to send your message to.
3. Set the frequency and send date - and you are now ready to send your message!
