What is a default number?
Your default number is the number that is used when texting through the inbox. It is also auto-selected as the number you will send campaigns from.
How to add a Default Number
1. Click on the lightning bolt icon in the bottom left
2. If you do not have your Twilio account integrated - check out this article on how to get set up!
3. If you want to change your default number - any number you want to make as your default must be toggled on under Numbers for messaging
4. Next, click Change default number under the Default number section - and select your number from the dropdown
