Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a free trial?

Yes! We offer a 14-day free trial and 100 free credits so you can try out Textla and see if it’s right for your business needs. You must upgrade your account to purchase additional credits.

How is pricing this cheap?

We negotiated the best SMS pricing rates with our carrier partners and pass those along to you without insane markups.

What's the catch? Any hidden fees?

Absolutely not! We cover the cost of carrier fees in our standard price-per-text rate and there are zero hidden fees whatsoever. We hate surprise charges as much as you do.

Do I pay separately for texts?

You'll be billed based on the subscription plan you choose. Think of the subscription like a Costco membership. SMS texts to/from the US are $0.005 per segment. MMS texts to/from the US are $0.025. These are the lowest rates you'll find!

Can I switch plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time through your account settings.

What happens if I cancel?

You can cancel anytime. If you’re on a yearly plan, your service will remain active until the end of your billing cycle.

Do my credits rollover?

Yes! No need to worry about rollover credits with Textla. We are simply pay-as-you-go. Once you purchase credits, you have them for the lifetime of your time as a Textla customer.

Plans do not include SMS credit cost at $0.005 / segment. More info on credits here.
