To purchase SMS credits, you will need an Upgraded Textla account
You will also need a payment method on file with us, that can be added on the billing page.
SMS credits cost $0.005 (half a penny) each, and can be used to send SMS and MMS inside of Textla. When sending messages, here is how those credits are deducted:

1 credit per outgoing SMS segment (learn more about segments here)
5 credits per outgoing MMS message (messages with a file attached)
1 credit per incoming SMS segment
5 credits per incoming MMS message
🇨🇦 Canada
4 credits per outgoing SMS segment (learn more about segments here)
6 credits per outgoing MMS message (messages with a file attached)
4 credits per incoming SMS segment
6 credits per incoming MMS message
We recommend setting up auto-recharge to ensure that you always have SMS credits in the account. Learn more about auto-recharge here!
Accounts are also limited to purchasing a maximum of 250,000 credits per day by default. If you'd like to raise these limits on your account, please email us at support@textla.com.
