Current estimated verification time is at 24 - 72 hrs.

To send any messages from toll-free numbers, you must verify your toll-free number inside of your Twilio account. Verifying your toll-free number will also stop your account from receiving Error 30032 inside of your Twilio account when sending messages.

Begin by submitting your Primary business profile from this page.

Once the Primary business profile has been submitted, go to the Phone Numbers page.

Click on the Toll-free number that you are looking to verify.

Click Verify this toll-free phone number on the red banner at the top of the screen.

Complete the steps presented in the popup.

Your legal entity name must be the same that appears on your taxes and legal forms. If the incorrect legal entity name is given, this will result in delays to your toll-free verification.

For the opt-in workflow image URL, you will need to submit an image of where customers opt-in to receive SMS from your company. This image can be hosted on a site such as imgur and linked inside of the verification form.

*Textla Tip* - the opt-in workflow image URL must have a consent checkbox where users agree to receive SMS. Feel free to use this example text if you do not have it in your form:

I consent to receive SMS from (company name). Msg&data rates may apply, reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.

Once submitted, Twilio will send an email confirming that your number is in a Pending

Once the number is fully verified, the messaging limits will be lifted and you will be able to operate at full volume.
