How is it so inexpensive?
At Textla, we keep cost down by negotiating rates with providers based on usage. This means that the more users we have on Textla, the lower we can keep our fees. Our SMS credits operate on an "at-cost" model, meaning that we are passing those discounts directly to our customers and not taking anything off the top.
We believe that every small business should have access to inexpensive SMS, as the value lies in the platform > not the ability to send texts! Other providers make the majority of their profit off of their SMS fees, up charging 3-10 x what they are paying per text.
