If you are more of a visual learner, feel free to check out our video on connecting a Google form to Textla to automatically feed contact info!

What does this integration do?

If you would like to automatically feed Google Form fills into Textla to automatically create contacts, you've come to the right place! With this integration set up, customer information that is entered into your Google Form will be added to your Textla contact list to create or update contacts.

If you would like to trigger a message to the contact from Textla once the form is filled, feel free to check out this article.

Steps

  1. On Zapier, click + Create, then Zaps

2. Click on 1. Trigger, search for Google Forms, and select Google Forms

3. Select New Form Response for the Event

4. Connect your Google Account to Zapier

5. Select the Google Form that you would like to feed contact info into Textla from. (If it is not appearing, be sure to name it inside of Google Forms and click refresh results)

6. Test the trigger, and select one of the form responses to be used as an example in your Zap. Click Continue with the Selected Record.

7. Click 2. Action, search for Textla, and select Textla

8. Select Create or Update Contact for the Event

9. Connect your Textla account to Zapier

10. Match fields from the Google Form to be fed into Textla. If you would like to tag contacts, add a tag in Textla and click refresh results inside of Zapier to populate the new tag.

11. Test the step, and Publish it to make it live!
