If you have a list of contacts that have already opted-out of communications with you, you can upload those contacts to Textla with the <b>OptedOut</b> status.  You can do this by following these steps:

First, create a CSV with the appropriate columns.  You'll need to have "OptedOut" populated in the "Status" column to mark a contact as Opted-Out within Textla (see below)

Next, head to your <a href="https://app.textla.com/contacts" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Contacts Page</a> to <a href="https://help.textla.com/en/articles/6045388-how-to-import-contacts">Import Your Contacts</a> and choose your import method.
