Viewing Campaign Phone Numbers
Use the Sent From column to track which phone number sent each campaign
Overview
Want to know which phone number your campaigns were sent from? The Campaigns page now makes it easy to see at a glance! Each campaign displays the phone number it was sent from, complete with its emoji and label for quick identification.
The "Sent From" Column
On your Campaigns page, you'll find a Sent From column that shows:
The emoji you assigned to the phone number
The label or nickname for that number
Default vs. Custom Labels
When you first add phone numbers, they're automatically labeled as "Number 1," "Number 2," "Number 3," and so on. But if you've customized your phone number labels (like "Marketing," "Sales," or "Support"), those custom names will appear here instead!
Example: If you've labeled a phone number as "Marketing," that's exactly what you'll see in the Sent From column.
Quick Phone Number Reference
Need to see the actual phone number? Just hover over the emoji and label in the Sent From column, and the full phone number will appear in a tooltip.
