Sending a campaign just got easier! When you're ready to send, you can now select which phone number to use from a convenient dropdown menu. With our custom labeling feature, you can quickly identify and choose the right number based on its nickname and emoji.
How to Select Your Phone Number
The "Send From" Dropdown
When you're creating a campaign, you'll see a Send From dropdown menu. Click it to view all your available phone numbers, each displayed with:
The emoji you assigned
The phone number label or nickname
The actual phone number
Finding the Right Number
Your custom phone number labels make it easy to select the perfect number for your campaign. For example:
Sending a customer support message? Select your Support number
Launching a promotional campaign? Choose your Marketing number
Following up on sales leads? Pick your Sales number
The labels you've set up help you instantly understand which number is right for the campaign you're sending.
After You Send
Once your campaign is sent, you can verify which number was used by checking the Sent From column on your Campaigns page. You'll see the same emoji and nickname displayed there for easy reference.
