How to Verify your Toll-free Number in Textla

Steps:

  1. Click Get started from the Onboarding Checklist page, or Get number from the Phone Numbers page.

2. Fill in the form with your business info:

  • Business name

  • Website URL

  • Business Address

  • Contact info

3. Click Next in the top right, then select your estimated monthly volume

4. Click Next in the top right, then select up to 3 use cases (only 1 is required)

5. Click Next in the top right, then select a toll-free phone number. You can click See more numbers to populate a different set of toll-free numbers.

Once the verification is submitted, it will be in a processing status. You will receive an email once the verification is approved or declined. Here are the listed statuses:

  • Processing - We have sent the verification off to our partner, and it is awaiting verification (current timeline ~ 24 hrs)

  • Verified - Your toll-free number is successfully verified, and you are now able to start sending messages!

  • Failed - Your toll-free number failed verification. Please reach out to us at support@textla.com to get this resolved and resubmiitted.
